1. This promotion is open to consumers aged 18 (eighteen) years or over who are residents of Great Britain, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Merlin Entertainments Group (the promoter), (including contracted suppliers) and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The closing date for competition entries is the last day of every month and judging will be independent. The winner will be informed by the 10th day of every month and the judges’ decision will be final.
3. The promoter reserves the right not to publish any articles.
4. The prize must be accepted as a whole and no alternative full-cash or other prize is available, in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be available to the winner in person and can not be sold.
5. The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control.
6. Participants are required to supply complete and accurate details. In the case of incomplete or incorrect details being provided, or the Promoter being unable to contact the winner within 28 days, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
7. Conduct of participation. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Merlin Entertainments Group and Promotion Terms and Conditions. The promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner deemed to be disruptive to the promotion. This promotion is subject to the Merlin Entertainments Privacy policy.

Competition Terms

The closing date for competition entries is the 30th of each month. The winner will be notified by the 5th of the following month. There is one prize each month of a free group visit for 10 people to the Merlin UK attraction of the winner’s choice. The prize must be taken before March 2011 and is subject to availability. The prize does not include transport or accommodation. Tickets can only be used as stipulated and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Sale of the tickets for a profit is prohibited. This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. It is not open to friends, family or contracted suppliers of Merlin Entertainments Group and can be closed or changed at any time.
