How to Book
Booking your group visit is easy, here are the links and numbers to each of our attractions.
Remember, for some of our attractions you cannot buy group tickets at the gate, and for those that you can, we recommend that you buy in advance so that you can avoid the ticket collection window and go straight to the entrance gate.
Call centre opening times
If you prefer to book by phone our Contact Centre is open 9am - 5pm daily on 0871 222 6944 , excluding the following dates:
- 20th - 24th December: 10:00 - 15:00
- Christmas Day and Boxing Day: Closed
- New Years Eve: 10:00 - 15:00
- New Year's Day: Closed
Please note that Group Visits to The Dungeons need to be booked directly.
The Alton Towers Resort
Escape to the Alton Towers Resort and experience endless fun for everyone all year round!
You cannot buy group tickets for The Alton Towers Resort at the gate. The only way to get them is to book in advance. Give us at least 7-days notice and we can get tickets to you in the post which means that you can avoid the queues at the ticket office window and go straight to the entrance gate. Chessington World of Adventures & Zoo
With exciting rides, animals, action packed shows and a SEA LIFE Centre, Chessington is a whole World of Adventures…all in one place!
You cannot buy group tickets for Chessington World of Adventures & Zoo at the gate. The only way to get them is to book in advance. Give us at least 7-days notice and we can get tickets to you in the post which means that you can avoid the queues at the ticket office window and go straight to the entrance gate.

The Dungeons
Make it a thrilling day out with a visit to the darkest moments in Britain’s history within the deep depths of the London, York or Edinburgh Dungeon.
At certain times of the year entrance to groups is restricted so we recommend that you book in advance to avoid disappointment. (Note that you must book your tickets for the London Dungeon in advance – you cannot buy them at the ticket office window).
